We have a lot of websites online professing to provide research writing services and as usual they are all trying to market themselves as the best, leaving the customer confused on which of these “bests” to choose.

I will help you find the best by giving some of the factors to consider before you choose anybody to write your Under Graduate and Post Graduate Project Research.

      I was able to come up with this list by evaluating my personal experience with some of the research writing services online and I also went further to conduct a customer satisfaction survey online by talking to people who claimed to have used an online Research writing service provider, from my research I was able to come up with some of these factors that you must consider and the ones you must watch out for before paying your money to a “research vendor”.

1. Watch out for websites that claim to provide research writing services but are actually selling old research projects from their archives. Yes this is a very common trend amongst online research services providers. Some of them will just stack up “ill gotten” archives of old research papers and they sell it for cheap calling it names like “research materials” where as these are copyrighted past works of other people and using them makes you a criminal. So as a rule of thumb  before ordering a research writing service I try to make sure they are not just selling me old topics from their archives. And how will you know? Most reputable research service providers only display sample research topics and abstracts on their websites and this topics are usually not available for immediate purchase and collection because once you order a topic from their list of samples, which is usually not suppose to be a very long list because a good research service provider will tell you that some topics are only available for request and you will have to fill a form to get it, while the one providing copied or old research work would have everything available on demand because they can sell one topic to over twenty customers
2.      Before paying make sure to confirm that they do not have a ridiculously short delivery period. As a student you should know the work it takes to write a research, so when you provide someone with a topic or you are given a topic and the researcher you paid is telling you that he will be done with a research that is supposed to cover 65 pages with tables and diagram included, then be very worried because that person may end up providing you with an out of point research, a plagiarized work or something copied from a old manuscript. So watch out for someone claiming to provide you with a complete research within 2 days or 24 hours. Research are not done that way.
3.     Try to have a topic. It is always better to have a topic before going out there to seek for the service of a research writer. Because when you have a topic you can be sure that whoever is going to handle your research will not just pick up any topic from their archives and sell to you as a fresh work, If you were the one that picked the topic yourself then you will be able to defend it when the time comes and you will be able to discuss the topic better with the researcher.
4.     Cross check their payment methods. Personally I prefer a payment method where I pay into the account of an individual(personal account) or a business account and these are my reasons: all payments made to personal accounts can be traced in the event of fraud and the same applies to business accounts so when somebody is confident enough to use his or her personal account or create a business account it shows that, that person is reliable and ready for business.
5.    Never make payments for an academic research in cryptocurrency that is a very unprofessional and unreliable way to make payment and doing that will expose you to fraud when you make payments to untraceable accounts.
6.      Make sure that they have a reliable customer support that you can reach if you have challenges online or offline. Some research websites even provide a customer support forum where customers can chat with researchers in real time about their work an example isrunmyresearch support forum they have their own support forum for researchers and clients to connect and for clients to make complaints about their work directly to support, the good thing about this one is that they also maintain the customers confidentiality by not displaying any of the clients personal information.
7. Try to confirm if they have an offline location, although this is not really very important but if they have an offline location that indicates that they have a very high reliability ratio.
8.  Make sure the persons that you are talking to know what they are actually doing, grill them with questions about the topic to ascertain their level of understanding of the research in question, if your researcher is clueless then ask the management to assign another one to you or look for another research service provider.

These factors would not guarantee that you get the best from these research service providers but it will direct you to the ones that are in the best position  to give you the  best.

Bank Of Industry to Provide loan for more Graduate under its YES program.

Following the turnout of applicants for its N10 billion facility earmarked for on-lending to small businesses under the Youth Entrepreneurship Support (YES) programme, the Bank of Industry (BoI) has concluded plans to expand the fund size as well as accommodate more candidates under the scheme.

Specifically, the bank noted that due to the high rate of applications received for the YES initiative, it would increase the size of the fund from the initial N10 billion, while considering an increase in the number of would-be loan beneficiaries from 1,200 yearly to 4,000 candidates.

Speaking at the assessment exercise of the initiative and inauguration of a seven-man panel to serve on the application screening committee in Lagos, BoI’s Acting Managing Director, Waheed Olagunju, noted that out of the 40,000 applications received, 15,000 or 37.5 per cent were properly completed and thus qualify for consideration for the first segment of the entrepreneurship capacity building programme which is the eight weeks online training component.

“This programme was launched in response to the alarming unemployment problem among Nigerian youths. Having noticed the huge volume of registration on the online portal of 40,000 which has far outstripped the 10,000 entries earlier envisaged by 300 per cent over the six-week period, we have come to the realisation that Nigerian youths have enormous entrepreneurial appetite waiting to be unleashed on the nation’s economy in a positive sense.

“We have therefore come to the conclusion that we should provide more opportunities for the youth by increasing the number of would-be loan beneficiaries from 1200 to 4000. Efforts would be made to ensure a fair distribution of the beneficiaries in consonance with the proportion of entries received from the six geopolitical zones”, Olagunju added.

Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Okechukwu E. Enelamah, while inaugurating the committee, commended the bank for the initiative, saying, “I am quite satisfied with the implementation of the YES-Programme thus far, considering the calibre and quality of the facilitating institutions. The candidates’ screening and evaluation process are transparent, merit-based and in line with global best practices.

“The synergy created by the consultants working in concert with BoI’s in-house team, will undoubtedly manifest in the quality of young entrepreneurs that will be produced under the programme.

“The import of the overwhelming response by our youths to the YES-Progammes is a manifestation of their desire to take control of their destinies via the entrepreneurial route by being self –employed. It is therefore apparent that the earlier envisaged 1,200 would-be loan beneficiaries would fall far short of the yearnings of the aspiring young entrepreneurs.

“I would like to assure our youths of Federal Government’s absolute commitment to its financial inclusion programme. Government will endeavour to meet the aspirations of youths by providing the support needed by BoI to successfully implement the YES-programmes”.

Members of the application screening committee include the Acting Managing Director, Waheed Olagunju, Executive Director, Financial Inclusion, Mrs. Toyin Adeniji, Divisional Head, SME (North), Abdul-Ganiyu Mohammed, Divisional Head, SME (South), Umar Shekarau, and three other eminent members made up of successful entrepreneurs, professionals, retired bankers, SME consultants.

Nigerian Graduates will have to sacrifice their certificates to get access to CBN small Business loan.

Good news! the central bank of Nigeria have just come up with a loan program for those interested in setting up small and medium businesses in Nigeria, the news is a welcomed one but it has its conditions which is, only those who are in possession of some form of certificate from recognized Nigerian tertiary institutions and those who have a "O" level certificate can benefit from this program.

these are the conditions for getting the Loan as stated by CBN:

The central bank recently came up with a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises fund to allow for new businesses to borrow from the fund as start-ups in a bid to create new jobs and curb unemployment.

"this is a new and recent development as it is targeted at the teeming number of unemployed young Nigerians, in the past to get access to such a loan you would need to already have an existing business but however the new guideline released by the Nigerian apex bank CBN have removed this limitation.


   “PFIs are expected to accept charge on fixed and floating assets of the financed projects as collateral for start-ups. Collateral requirement from start-ups by PFIs (DMBs and DFIs) shall be educational certificates such as SSCE, National Diploma (ND), National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB), Higher National Diploma (HND), University degree (NYSC Certificate where applicable) and a guarantor. "


“The start-ups to access the MSMEDF must present their Bank Verification Number (BVN). Venture Capital Firms (VCFs) that wish to finance start-ups in form of equity participation shall be eligible to access the MSMEDF at 2.0 percent for investment in start-up projects. The collateral for such facility to the VCF shall be bank guarantee. “Incentive shall be offered to PFIs that repay loans as at when due. a) Start-Ups (i) DMBs/DFIs playing in this space, shall access MSMEDF facility at zero percent interest for on-lending at 9.0 percent (all-inclusive) to start-ups. (ii) The PFIs shall qualify for a 50 percent risk shared on the net outstanding balance in the case of default. b) Other Incentives Microfinance Banks with PAR of 10 percent and below shall be exempted from providing financial assets as collateral to access facility under the MSMEDF.”

 you only need to be in the shoes of an handicapped or disabled person to understand the amazing gift that you are enjoying being able to perform any physical task, but despite that. there are even some disabled and handicapped people that have put your idle legs and hands to shame by achieving goals you cannot achieve, by realising dreams that you may have thought would be humanly unachievable.

all i am trying to say is that while you are at home laying in bed using both hands to chat all day on watsapp, bbm and facebook there is an handicapped person with one hand somewhere using his only single hand to create things, lift things, repair things and contribute to Human development.
 while you are still on the Bed holding your phone with your two complete God given Hands typing “lol,yolo,lmfao,smh” there is an handicapped man out there without limb trying to use his legs to work to contribute his own quota,

while you are laying back in bed to continue sleeping in the morning there is a Blind man somewhere directing himself to work with just a stick.
The world around you is filled with so many problems that you were specifically created to solve, come closer a bit and look at Africa, Africa is filled with so many problems that even if 20million Graduates were to be getting employed every year, there will still be enough problem for another 120 more million Graduates to solve, ok lets come home to Nigeria.
Nigeria is like the capital of Africa in terms of Populations, we have so many people and problems in Nigeria that even if  500,000 Graduates get employed every year there will still be enough problem for others to solve, thereby creating Jobs for themselves and employing others.

Have you ever wondered why we wait in long lines in banks before getting attended to? Have you ever wondered why there are so many mechanic workshops in town but you will almost always have to wait when you bring in your car for service? You take your cloths to the Tailor and he tell you he has a lot of work to do.

this is because there can never be enough supermarkets, enough shops, enough mechanic workshops, enough Tailors. to serve a country this big and still yet in this same country many are still saying there is no job. How can there be no jobs?
There are Jobs all around you, but the truth is that you ve chosen not to see them. All you want to see is the Job opening of Big companies and government ministeries, The only picture that comes into your head when you hear the word job is the logo of Chevron,NNPC,TEXACO,SHELL.

1The dream of most new graduates is to work in a profitable and reputable Company or institution, but that is not the case for Olushola Ogundamisi. A graduate of Agric from the University of Benin(uniben). For Olushola his dream was to set up a soap making company that would rival the big names in the production of soap in Nigeria, This Dream was what later saw the birth of "SHOLA" the name of his local soap making business which he started from the tiny kitchen of his little self contain apartment. He started off supplying unlabeled "SHOLA" liquid soap to his co-tenants and coursemates, he did this patiently for a better part of his days in the university just earning enough to keep the business going. but according to him the light shined on his way in his fourth year in school, when through some stroke of good luck his product got into the right hand and he was asked to supply the universities sanitation department with his product. at this point in time Shola needed to employ more hands in the production and distribution so he employed a part time staff( his landord's son) to help him with the production and distribution of the soap. with more income comes more responsibility so on 0ctober 20th 2013 Shola registered his company in the Nigerian coperate affairs commission, he got his NAFDAC registration that same year and became the CEO of a registered Nigerian Company just Two weeks after his Formal Graduation from the University.

In Our exclusive interview with Shola in His liquid soap making factory In The Ancient City of Benin Our main focus was how did you get here? We where able to collect enough information from Shola to hep you set up your make shift soap making company.

HOW TO PRODUCE LIQUID DETERGENT/SOAP LOCALLY.
Liquid soap as the name implies, is soap in liquid form. It is a cleansing agent and it is a multi-purpose cleanser.
Liquid soap is also known as liquid detergent. It has the ability to emulsify oils and hold dirt in suspension. Liquid detergents (Soap) share same properties with solid detergents. A detergent is expected to consist of the surface-active agents or ingredients which are the essential ingredients and subsidiary ingredients (supplementing ingredients).
In all detergents, the surface-active agent forms the most important part of the detergent. All the ingredients needed in the production of liquid soap (liquid detergents) will be listed here.

Note: in this lesson we hope to learn a multi-purpose liquid soap. That is, one that can be used for basic cleansing like: washing of plates, cars, laundry etc.

Equipments and Materials Needed for the Local production of Liquid Soap.
Materials (chemicals) Needed For The Production Of 20 Litres Of Liquid Detergent (soap)

Sulphonic acid..............1 litre

Soda ash...................1/2 tin milk cup

Texapon...........................5-6 teaspoonfuls

Formaline........................5-7 teaspoonfuls (optional)

Perfume(Fragrance)........as desired.

SLS. (Sodium laurate sulphate)..........................5-6 teaspoonfuls

S.T.P.P (sodium Tripolyphosphate).............5-6 teaspoonfuls,

Colorant.................as desired

Water........................19 litres

THE APPARATUS (TOOLS) NEEDED

Containers (Plastic bowls)

Hand gloves

Nose mask

Stirring rod (Turning Stick)

METHOD OF PREPARATION
-Dissolve the caustic soda with 1 litre of water and allow to stay for 30 minutes to 1hr or over night.

-Dissolve soda ash in 1 litre of water and allow to stay for 30min/hr or over night.

-Get your sulphonic acid, pour inside an empty bowl, and add your perfume (fragrance) to it and the texapoon, then add like 3-4 litres of water and stir very well for about 5 - 10 minutes.

-Dissolve the SLS with 2 tin milk cups of water

-Dissolve the STPP with 2 tin milk cups of water also

-Get the Nitrosol but if it is C.M.C you’re using, make sure it is dissolved 2 days to the preparation of the soap with 4-5 litres of water. If you are using Nitrosol, it's used instantly (as in, no need soaking it down).

PREPARATION
-Get the Nitrosol that has been dissolved in water or the C.MC. that has been dissolved 2 days to the preparation of the soap.

-Add the dissolved sulphonic acid, texapon and perfume to either the Nitrosol or C.MC depending on the one you are using and stir very well.

-Add the already dissolved caustic Soda and stir very well.
Add the already dissolved soda ash and stir properly.

-Add formalin to the content and stir properly.

-Add the dissolved S.T.P.P and stir.

-Add the dissolved SLS to the content.

stir thoroughly for smoothness and blend

-Dissolve your colourant in water and ensure that the colourant is completely dissolved, then add it to the solution and stir thoroughly.

-Add some quantity of water to the mixture, depending on the thickness of the mixture.
Leave the mixture for some hours or preferably till the following day and then package for use or for sale.
